Any person using or obtaining products or services through Travel Bugs or any Travel Bugs affiliate websites and any person named in the booking/ voucher is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions of use. You also agree to abide to the Terms & Conditions imposed by service provider whose services and products you have purchased through this website.

Unless otherwise specified, purchases made through Travel Bugs or any Travel Bugs affiliate website are subject to these Terms & Conditions of use.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions please do not use Travel Bugs or Travel Bugs affiliate websites.

Site Definitions

"Travel Bugs" or "we" means Travel Bugs Ltd trading as Travel Bugs ("Travel Bugs") and Travel Bugs TV and their subsidiaries. Travel Bugs Ltd is a United Kingdom registered company, UK co registration: 6457564, registered head office: 3 Hardwicke Road, London, W4 5EA, United Kingdom.

"Content" means the text, documents, information, data, articles, images, photographs, graphics, software, applications, any video and audio material, designs, features, and other materials that are available on the Website. "Content" also includes Marks, Products and Services.

"Mark" means trademark, trade name, service mark, trade dress, logo, custom graphics or icon.

"Account Holder" means an individual who has registered with the Site. Account holders choose a User ID and a Password.

"Products and Services" means the activities, tours, packages, attractions, air/ ground/ sea travel, accommodation and other items available through the Site.

"Provider" means tour operators, information providers and any travel and leisure service providers who supply services through Travel Bugs. These are organizations independent from Travel Bugs, hence their additional Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase products or services.

"Purchase" means to book, reserve or purchase.

"Site" means the www.TravelBugs.TV website and Travel Bugs affiliate websites, together with the respective Content, Marks, Products and Services available from this site and sub-sites.

The terms "Site", "Marks", "Content" and "Products and Services" do not include the sites, marks, content, products or services that are provided by third parties, and that are available through a link from the Site. Their use is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out by their respective owners or operations on the third party's website.

Travel Vouchers/ Tickets

Travel Vouchers issued by Travel Bugs are documents confirming the booking and they entitle the person(s) nominated on the voucher to use the travel services described on the voucher, upon presentation to the service provider. The service provider will require ID to verify the identity of the person nominated in the voucher and might require further personal information to tailor its services to individuals' needs. Travel suppliers are entitled to deny admission to services if they are not satisfied about the true identity of the voucher holder.

Travel Vouchers can be Fixed Date or Open Date. For Fixed Date Travel Vouchers, activities/ services have to be consumed on the date specified on the voucher. Open date Travel Vouchers are valid for 6 months from booking date. A Voucher can not be redeemed outside of the dates indicated on the Voucher.

A different Travel Voucher is issued for every tour/ activity/ service booked. Travel Vouchers are issued upon receipt of payment for the full amount, and are stored online in the secure customer Account ("My Details") and accessible for viewing and printing by login in with the customer User ID and Password.

All travelers nominated on the Travel Voucher must travel on the same itinerary. Individual travelers cannot be added or removed from a Travel Bugs Travel Voucher after booking. If you are unsure whether all passengers listed on the Travel Voucher will be able to travel together, you need to make individual bookings for each passenger, so that individual Travel Vouchers can be issued.

Travel services and activities availability and price quotations are subject to change without notice until a Travel Voucher has been issued.

Travel Bugs does not hold responsibility for errors (printing, technical, typographical or other) in connection with the description, depiction, availability, or pricing of a travel service or product.

Payments

Payments are accepted in the following currencies: AU$ , US$, Euro, UK£ & JPY. Where currency conversions are required quotations will be determined using the prevailing foreign-exchange rate. Credit & Debit cards accepted for online payments and payment are according to base currency. We also accept payment via the Paypal system.

Currency conversion of quotations from AU$ to foreign currency (UK£, US$, Euro) are determined using the prevailing foreign-exchange rate.

Providers reserve the right to request credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the applicable Provider. On booking, you will automatically enter into an agreement with the Provider you have chosen. All credit card details are sent using industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your data.

When only a deposit is required to book travel services online, completion of payment has to be made as per the Providers individual Terms and Conditions. Payment constitutes acceptance of the Travel Bugs Terms and Conditions.

Non Inclusions

Many tours have extras that are payable directly by you to the individual service Provider on arrival, please check the important info pertaining to the tour. You are also responsible for any incidental charges arising from your usage of the services - for instance, the use of a telephone or room service in a hotel room.

Prices do not include: tips/ gratuities to tour operators, drivers or local guides; travel insurance; food and beverages unless specifically listed on the product description on the Travel Bugs website or Travel Bugs affiliate websites.

Travel Bugs may also charge fees for the service it provides when you purchase travel services or accommodations through this website. Such service fees are non-refundable.

Change of Name/ Date/ Activity

All changes are subject to availability, limitations and the Terms & Conditions of travel services Providers. Travel operators may charge you a fee plus any increase in price resulting from the change. Contact travel suppliers direct or Travel Bugs to make any changes. Travel Bugs will charge you a £20 fee for its services, plus any increase in price resulting from the change.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Terms & Conditions of individual service Providers. Contact the service Provider direct to find out details of their Cancellations and Refunds terms. Operators reserve the right to charge the full price if cancelled within 7 days of departure. Also, Providers may charge you a cancellation fee.

Exceptions to cancellation fees are when the tour operators have had to cancel or change tour or travel due to unforeseen circumstances. All refunds

All bookings include a 10% administration charge which is non-refundable. Any refunds due are payable by the Service Provider. Travel Bugs is not responsible for the paymnent of any cancellation fees, refunds or other charges.

Insurance

An element of risk is involved when traveling and travel insurance is recommended. All tours and travel are subject to the tour operators’ conditions.

Travel Bugs holds no responsibility for loss or damage of personal effects, or personal injury or death arising in connection with the use and operation of the booked tours and travel services.

Travel insurance is not included in the purchase of any Travel Bugs activities and travel services. We highly recommend all travelers have travel insurance to cover circumstances where loss or damage to property, illness, injury, death or not being able to travel on confirmed date of departure occurs.

Contact & Communication

Service Providers will contact you via the Travel Bugs Messaging System ("TBMS") to inform you of details regarding your booking and travel arrangements, and whenever possible about cancellations and rescheduling of activities. All communication will be regarded as sent and received on the transmission date. Communication from the TBMS will be sent to the e-mail provided at the time of booking and entered in your Travel Bugs Account ("My Details"). If you have not received a confirmation of your purchase via e-mail, you should check your "Spam" folder to verify that the email has not been misdirected.

If you have not provided Travel Bugs with a valid e-mail address, Travel Bugs holds no responsibility for failure in communication. Anyhow, we strongly advise passengers to reconfirm their travel arrangements with the Service Provider at least 48 hours prior to activity/ departure. Travel Bugs can not be held responsible for changed itinerary or departure times.

Complaints relating to any travel products listed on our Site will only be accepted through the online form on the contact page reachable theough this Site and written in the English language. Original documentation will not be returned.

Your User ID, Password and Account Security

Access to certain areas of the Site is only available to registered Account holders and is permitted only with the use of the correct User ID and Password. To set up an account and to complete a purchase you need to provide some information (such as name of passengers and payment details). You agree that the information you provide through your account is true and accurate and that any booking or purchase has no fraudulent, speculative or unlawful purpose.

Only you are authorized to use your Account, and as such you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID, Password and account information and for any activities and financial obligations that occur through your account. In addition, you will be financially accountable and responsible for the use of our Site by you and anyone using your Password and Login information.

To safeguard your Account, it is important to always ensure you log out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished visiting our website so that nobody else can access your personal information or use your account.

Travel Bugs shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your User ID, Password or Account details.

Site Availability: We always endeavor to keep our Site accessible and available on a 24 hour 7-day-a- week basis. However, on occasion site availability is interrupted due to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and upgrades or system outages. While we regret any inconvenience caused, we do not accept liability or responsibility for any delay, interruption, or downtime.

Content: While we aim and do our very best to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content on the website, information regarding products and services on this Site is provided by the Service Providers. Hence, Travel Bugs does not accept liability or responsibility for any errors or completeness of the information that it does not directly provide.

Viruses: We employ a number of technologies to prevent viruses from infiltrating our Site. Nonetheless, we are unable to guarantee that our Site will be at all times free from computer viruses or harmful software. As we do not assume any responsibility for damage to your computer equipment, which might be caused by downloading content from or usage of our Site, we strongly recommend that you take appropriate measures to protect your computer system before downloading any content.

Your Submissions: Any communications or materials (of any kind) you transmit to Travel Bugs, through its website, by whichever means, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting or posting, of your own accord, any material to Travel Bugs or its website you are granting both Travel Bugs and its site users the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, translate and create derivative work from your Material, royalty free and irrevocably. Travel Bugs does not hold responsibility for any Material posted or submitted, or for the return to you of such Material. Travel Bugs reserves the right, at its sole discretions and without notice or liability to relevant parties: to terminate or suspend all or part of the services available through the Site; to limit or block access to all or parts of the Site to Account Holders, Advertisers or any user who infringes any Terms and Conditions of use of this Site. Services cancellation, suspension or limitation affect your right to use the service immediately. Once the service is terminated or suspended, any data you have stored on our servers may not be retrieved later.

By making a reservation or purchasing a service you also agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Travel/ Service Provider. Your rejection or refusal to abide to suppliers Terms & Conditions could result in the cancellation of your booking/ purchase and on your forfeiting any financial charges, fees, duties and taxes your paid to complete the booking/ purchase.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure the information contained within the website is correct, Travel Bugs cannot be held responsible for changed itinerary or departure times. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Any part or item of the Travel Bugs website may be modified, deleted, updated, discontinued or suspended at any time and without prior notice to you. Travel Bugs shall not be liable to you for any delay or other damages that might result from such modification, suspension or discontinuation. Also, Travel Bugs reserves the right, at any time, to change or impose fees for certain services, or modify trading practices and access to certain services and areas of the site.

Some activities or travel services might not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, for some age groups or for people who do not fulfill requirements specific to the tour itself. Access to an activity or travel service is subject to providers’ rules. Failure to comply with such rules and terms and conditions could result in denial of admission to or removal from the activity.

Liability and Indemnification

Your use of this site is only at your own risk. Product and services purchased through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions of travel services Providers.

Travel Bugs is never liable to any party for any direct or indirect damage arising from your use of this Site, any downloading of this Site Materials, data transmission errors, any hyperlinked websites, the information and omissions provided by travel services Providers who sell/ offer products through this Site. Also, Travel Bugs refuses any responsibility for any damage arising from the Site downtime and your inability to use any part of the Site for whatever reason.

Furthermore, Travel Bugs is not responsible for the performance, service disruptions and alterations to travel services, which are the sole responsibility of the independent service Provider.

You are solely responsible for defending and indemnifying Travel Bugs, its employees, directors, agents and any Service Provider and for meeting any legal costs arising as a consequence of your breach of this Terms and Conditions and of those of Service Providers. Also, you are responsible for indemnifying any third parties who might suffer damage due to your wrongful use of this Site.

In the event that any term of these Site is deemed unlawful, void or for some reason unenforceable, then such term is deemed severable from these Site Terms and Conditions and it does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.
